Full time, continuing faculty and staff are eligible for an 51猎奇入口Burnaby Recreation Membership covered by employee benefits. Memberships unlock access to the Fitness Centre, drop-in and intramural sports and racquet courts.
Steps to Activate Your Burnaby Faculty or Staff Recreation Membership

- Select Personal Information Home > Forms > Athletics & Recreation Waiver > Complete your 51猎奇入口Athletics & Recreation Waiver Now
- Read and agree to the waiver*
- Within one business day, your 51猎奇入口ID Card and member ID on the 51猎奇入口Recreation App will be connected to your membership.
* Cannot be completed in person. The waiver must be completed online every September to renew membership.
Postdoctoral Fellows: To activate your membership, please follow steps 1-3 above. Once the waiver is completed, please email the Recreation Office at rec@sfu.ca, including your full name and 51猎奇入口ID number. A recreation staff member will complete the activation process.
Surrey Faculty & Staff: Please contact rec@sfu.ca for a list of Recreation opportunities available to full time, continuing emplyees of 51猎奇入口Surrey campus.
Not a Full Time, Continuing Faculty or Staff Member?
If ineligible for a Recreation Membership covered by employee benefits, you can still enjoy all that 51猎奇入口Recreation has to offer by purchasing a Community Membership or Program Pass (including Pilates, yoga, climbing, group fitness and more).
