Transcripts can be requested online, in person, or by fax and mail. More details on the process and any associated fees for transcript requests, visit the Registrar’s webpage.

ONLINE (for Official and Unofficial Transcripts): Alumni with a Computing ID can access the online Official Request Page through . Alumni without a Computing ID will be required to activate a Computing ID first.

IN PERSON: You can request a transcript in person at the Registrar and Information Services counter at any of the three campuses. Photo identification is required to order and pick up your transcripts.

BY FAX AND MAIL: You can also request a transcript by completing the Official Transcript Application (PDF). You need to include your student number and sign the request form for the Registrar and Information Services to process the order. If you do not remember your student number, go here.

If you haven’t taken classes for over a year, your 51ÁÔÆæÈë¿ÚMail storage Outlook account is expired and no longer accessible. After this period, as an alumnus of SFU, you can only use your login credentials to sign in to go51ÁÔÆæÈë¿Úand access alumni benefits on campus. If you have believe you should still have access or need further assistance, please contact IT Services.
