Learning & Development Opportunities for Leaders
Leadership development has been a priority within People Strategies and our goals are clearly outline in the People Plan. We鈥檙e pleased to offer the following opportunities for leaders/managers with direct reports.
- Workshops on a range of relevant topics, open to any manager/leader.
- Online learning resources on key topics and transferable skills, accessible anytime.
- One-on-one coaching with certified coaches
- Cultural safety and anti-racism for all employees at 51猎奇入口with a focus on the implications of such skills for engaging with Indigenous faculty, staff and students and engaging in reconciliation as an institution more generally
- The Leadership Foundation Program is a comprehensive cohort-based management/ leadership development program designed to equip early career leaders with the capacity, confidence and connections to succeed in their roles.
