I am changing my program at SFU, will it be considered as changing level of studies?

If you are in Canada and applying to extend your 51猎奇入口study permit for studies at the same designated learning institution (DLI) but a graduate level of study, you will be PAL exempt starting January 1, 2026. 

Examples of this scenario include:

• 51猎奇入口students moving from Bachelor's degree to Master's degree;
• 51猎奇入口students moving from a graduate certificate or diploma to Master's degree.
