An online event hosted by 51猎奇入口VentureLabs in collaboration with Experience Ventures and Softmax Data Inc. From November 5鈥�10, participants will attend a kickoff webinar on privacy and compliance, build an app in interdisciplinary teams using Softmax Data鈥檚 AI tools, and pitch their solution to industry experts. No coding experience is required. Students from any discipline at a Canadian college or university may apply. Every participant receives a $350 honorarium.

- CAGS Workshop Series | How to Publish a Book with a University Press: A Scholarly Publishing Seminar
Wed. Nov. 25 | 1:00- 2:30 p.m. EST | Online - MS Teams
Shalini Nanayakkara, editor at the University of British Columbia Press will present a 45-minute presentation on book publishing followed by a Q&A period. Graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and faculty in the social sciences and humanities are welcome to attend. The talk will focus on scholarly book publishing and will provide an opportunity to learn about the process of publishing with a university press in Canada
