Contracts & Agreements
The Research Services contracts team negotiates, drafts and executes over 500 research agreements each year. They range from simple materials transfer agreements to complex inter-institutional affiliation agreements and multi-million dollar contracts with industry. This multi-faceted team of lawyers and contracts specialists know what works and what does not. If you plan to work with someone outside of the university, you will likely need a contract.
