Areas of interest
Dr. Stepaniuk's scholarship examines the nexus of educational policy, practice, and commitments to inclusion, equity, and justice. Three interconnected areas of inquiry guide her research program: (1) cultural-historical understandings of inclusion and learning, (2) equity and dis/ability in educational policy and practice, and (3) equity-driven systems change and educational leadership.
